1. Product

I.F Personal · 超级个体智能助手单机版 is a locally deployed Windows AI workspace for knowledge, agents, skills, tools, models, and controlled AI access. Features that rely on third-party AI providers require the user to configure and maintain those external services separately.

2. License

An I.F Personal · 超级个体智能助手单机版 purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased I.F release on up to two activated devices. The license is perpetual for that purchased release. Future upgrades, updates, and separately released versions are not included and require a separate purchase unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Permitted use

You may install and use I.F Personal · 超级个体智能助手单机版 for your own lawful work. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, publish, or distribute the software or license credentials except where I.F expressly authorizes it.

4. Updates and external services

Future upgrades and updates are not included with the purchased release unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout and may require a separate purchase. External AI models, APIs, operating-system components, and third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of I.F.

5. User data and responsibility

You are responsible for the data, files, credentials, models, providers, and integrations you choose to use with I.F. Keep appropriate backups and do not use I.F for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the I.F website, licensing services, and support channels reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur. Initial activation and device-management actions require internet access. After successful activation, ordinary offline use does not invalidate the license or prevent normal use of the purchased I.F release. Temporary website or licensing-service interruptions may affect online actions such as activation, device management, purchase recovery, or support.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I.F is provided for use as software and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, engineering, or other regulated advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing terms

These terms are intended to operate with the transaction terms shown by Paddle at checkout, where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
